AK Teaching is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join our team for a provision based in Blyth. As a teaching assistant, you will be working closely with primary aged learners with SEND, providing vital support to help them reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans for students with SEND.
- Providing one-on-one support to students as needed, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborating with other staff members and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students with SEND.
- Assisting with classroom activities, including preparing materials and resources.
**Requirements**:
- Flexibility and willingness to work with a range of ages, although primary aged learners will be the primary focus.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly beneficial.
- Passion for working with children with SEND and helping them achieve their potential.
