**We will rely on you to**:

- Analyse risks and assist with developing solutions for clients’ needs.
- Assist with responding to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly in order to maintain client satisfaction.
- Assist Account Executives on more complex client assignments and placements.
- Demonstrate proficient awareness of market conditions to better serve clients and obtain the best terms from the Markets.
- Update Account Executives and Management on issues, progress, etc, regularly and upon request to ensure high quality client service.
- Initiate renewal process of placements in good time anticipating and preventing problems when possible.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance companies to efficiently communicate client demands and requests internally.
- May be required to assist colleagues placing different lines of business within the Team.

**What you need to have**:

- Experience in Motor and Casualty Reinsurance required.
- Proven experience within an established broking role.
- Strong background in reinsurance broking within the London market.
- Good knowledge of financial and professional risks products.
- Client and quality focused.
- Solution finding / Problem solving.
- Innovative and creative.
- Excellent technical experience.
- Organisation Skills.
- Numeric and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret a balance sheet.
- The ability and dedication to handle high work volumes at peak times of the year.
