Motor Vehicle Delivery Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Delivery Assistant to join our team at Auto Skills UK.

Role Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to work in a dynamic environment, delivering motor vehicles to agreed destinations across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a full, valid, and clean UK driving license and a passion for customer service. They will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of vehicles, communicating with colleagues to improve efficiency, and having due regard for Health and Safety of others while undertaking duties.

In addition, they will drive in a safe and responsible manner, notify management when vehicles need servicing or repair, observe Company procedures regarding accidents and insurance claims, and report any incidents relating to the Company vehicle without delay.

We are looking for a competent, organised, and customer-focused driver with good knowledge of roads and motorways across the UK. The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000, based on industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver motor vehicles to agreed destinations safely and efficiently
  2. Communicate effectively with colleagues to improve delivery times
  3. Comply with all Company health and safety policies and procedures
  4. Notify management when vehicles require servicing or repair
  5. Report any incidents related to the Company vehicle in a timely manner

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Good knowledge of local road networks and motorways
  • Able to work independently as part of a team
  • Competent and organised driver with good time management skills
  • Possession of a full, valid, and clean UK Driving Licence
