You will be reporting into the HR Manager splitting your time across two of their sites.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Experience working as an HR professional within a fast-paced environment
- Experience interpreting and implementing HR policy and procedures
- ER experience

**Desirable**:

- Experience working as an HR Advisor
- Basic payroll experience
- Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG or similar
- UK driving license
