**Site Services Operative**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will provide a highly customer focused service coordinating all BOC related activities at key customer sites
- You will develop a partnership approach with the customer in order to maintain and grow the business and prevent competitive erosion of BOC’s position
- Also, you will maintain a safe working environment, adhering to the highest SHEQ standards (whether BOC’s or the customers)
- You will manage the local On Site service offering for the customer and coordinate, where applicable, all BOC related activities in conjunction with local supply branches, DPC, SCC, CSC, Cryospeed, Special Products and ISS Gas & Gear and Leengate outlets. This may also include the placing of gas orders on the customer’s behalf and may include operation of a forklift truck, delivery to point of use, delivery using cylinder pallet vehicle and delivery using a Cryospeed vehicle.
- You will achieve the required revenue and profit targets through retention of the customer business portfolio and the acquisition of new and competitor business
- Additionally, you will manage the inventory on the customer’s site at the most cost efficient and effective levels ensuring no customer ‘run outs’ of product
- You will build, maintain & develop on a planned & structured basis effective customer relationships with all elements of the customer DMU.
- You will monitor and analyse competitor activity with feedback to the Service & Operations Manager
- Daily on site activities are geared to the specific needs of the customer (s) and are planned and scheduled accordingly by the On Site Customer Manager.
- And lastly, an annual work-plan jointly developed with the Service & Operations Manager sets out strategic business development and personal objectives

- You are educated to at least GCES Level
- You have clean driving License
- FLT License is preferable, but not essential
