Corporate Client Support

This role will see you working within the corporate client support team, which provides exceptional service by ensuring that all customers are dealt with professionally and effectively whilst ensuring the swift and precise processing of new schemes, reviewing and market reviewing existing schemes.
This role will see you working very closely with clients of the business from small businesses to large global firms
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Support the Corporate Consultants in the preparation of new Group Risk schemes and maintaining existing schemes, ensuring all fit for purpose
- Collate the data and liaise closely with Providers, Employers and Payroll Companies
- Assist in completing Governance on an annual basis with Corporate Consultants
- Work within agreed SLA's to deliver a target driven, customer focused service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure electronic client files in IO are updated accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the standards and processes in place
- Ensure that all Income is invoiced, recorded, and matched correctly within the system
- Build strong, effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Frequently interact with advisers and client support to ensure that we deliver an excellent customer service to all clients
- Create and maintain effective client files
- Liaising with product providers as and when necessary, chasing as often as required
