Project Coordinator

**Salary**: 20k - 23k
Location: West Malling
Duration: This is a maternity contract, which will be from 10 - 12 months.
We are currently working with a leading consultancy based in West Malling who are looking for Administrator.
You will be responsible for:
Allocating jobs to internal assessors and sub-contractors
Maintain regular contact with sub-contractors
Product regular progress reports to clients/Technical managers
Assist in tendering for new clients, involving presentations, fee proposals, and planning
Administration duties as required by the Fire Risk Management team
Assist with the sales and invoicing processes and procedures
Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in meeting strict contractual obligations and KPIs
Monitor and document all projects through the project cycle
**Requirements**:
Must be able to work from the office full time
Excellent customer service skills
Bubbly (preferably)
Willingness to learn
Motivation to progress
Hunger to succeed within the role
Uses own initiative and common sense
