- Review of new claims logged for the UK as per the UK damage process
- Actioning external estimates and invoicing customers for damages
- Fairly and impartially make reasonable sound decisions to resolve each case in the best interest of the company
- Be flexible and carry out other ad-hoc duties as and when required within the team and department.

**Qualifications** COME AS YOU ARE**:

- Minimum of 12 months of administration experience and case handling experience preferable.
- Ability to work to strict SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Ability to work under pressure, show initiative and have a can-do, positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent level of numeracy.
