**About the Role**:

As a Children's Inclusion Mentor, you'll be the anchor for children grappling with social and emotional challenges, providing that additional layer of support either one-on-one or across entire classes. Collaborating seamlessly with class teachers and your fellow teaching wizards, you'll be instrumental in fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.

**Interview Process**:
Here's the lowdown on getting in. You'll meet with a member of the Senior Leadership Team, get a VIP tour of the school to soak in the vibes, and meet some of the incredible kids. Then, it's your time to shine - a sit-down to chat about the role, your experiences, and why you're passionate about delivering top-notch 1:1 support.
