**About Us**:Classroom Recruiters, on behalf of a reputable school in Derby, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inclusion Mentor to join our dedicated team. We believe in the transformative power of education and are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with small class sizes of 5-10 pupils, fostering meaningful connections.
- Adapt to the individual needs of the pupils in your care.
- Utilize excellent behavior management skills to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Benefit from pre-planned lessons, allowing you to focus on student engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about working with hard-to-reach children.
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the pupils.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
- Experience in teaching or support roles is welcomed.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 08:50 to 13:50
- Friday: Early finish at 13:10
