Vic Gibson Butchers Ltd are looking to bring an experienced butcher into our small, family-run shop based on Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a full-time basis, to work from 6:30am to 4pm, 5 days a week.

Previous experience as a butcher within retail and catering is essential for this role, as is the ability to offer excellent customer service.

You will work as part of a small, friendly team to assist with preparing and serving a variety of goods. Other duties include but are not limited to:

- Portion Control
- Weighing, packaging, and pricing products,
- Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale
- Cleaning and maintaining our tools and equipment

In exchange for this, we can offer you a competitive salary of between £20,000 and £26,000 a year, dependent upon your experience, 4 weeks of annual leave as well as bank holidays, and paid overtime.

On top of this, we are members of the National Federation of Meat and Food Traders, as well as the London Meat Traders Association.
