Specific to the role of working within a crisis resolution home treatment team will be more emphasise on dynamic and responsive assessment/formulations to help aid the team in their treatment planning. More brief interventions, although there is the opportunity to deliver some longer-term CBT interventions for a small number of clients. There will also be additional emphasis on dynamic risk formulation within the MDT handovers and supporting the team with psychological thinking to promote this.
