We currently have an opportunity to join the company as Account Handler with our Customer Service Team.
**Key responsibilities**:
The role of Account Handler will involve ensuring customer orders are received and progressed in a professional, accurate and timely manner, and that they are closed accurately and promptly and delivered on time ensuring sales targets are met. Some of the tasks include:
Administer orders against schedule to achieve manufacturing week targets
Proactively monitor all critical dates
Raise and / or amend order specifications as required
Resolve technical problems that arise
**Skills & experience required**:
To be considered for the post of Account Handler you will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple customer orders at differing stages in the process and be competent in effectively prioritising your workload ensuring timely delivery of orders to the customer. You will be customer oriented with a calm and effective manner in resolving customer queries.

Part-time hours: 21 - 35 per week
**Salary**: £18,965.00-£19,600.00 per year
