We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join this well-established and growing company. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to implement new processes to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Duties include:

- Manage a warehouse team to ensure all processes are followed and targets are achieved
- Plan and coordinate warehouse manning to ensure the appropriate resource is in place to support the daily workload
- Track and control all warehouse overtime, holidays & sickness
- Coordinate the offloading of all supplier deliveries and that the right goods have been delivered and meet our required quality standards
- Coordinate the daily stores kitting to ensure kitting is completed in full for all production orders 3 days in advance of the production start date
- Co-ordinate and train all the warehouse team in all processes and maintain the warehouse training matrix
- Ensure that all warehouse and FLT Health & Safety guidelines are followed
- Manage the onsite warehouse areas efficiently to achieve good stock control and accuracy requirements
- Ensure all warehouse areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Actively participate where required in lean & continuous improvement activities
- Attend & input into the daily production meetings
- The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for some hands-on daily warehouse duties, such as stores kitting and processing of supplier deliveries where required
- Participate in all Company Stocktakes

Skills Required:

- An up-to-date Counterbalance Truck licence
- Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse processes
- Good people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Can organise and prioritise team workload to meet required targets and objectives
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
