Position Summary

This exciting new position is key to ensuring operational requirements are met within the warehouse facility with a primary focus on productivity, safety of all team members and efficient receipt of goods.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager this role will provide a high level of responsibility whilst working cross functionally with Operation Excellence and Production teams.

In this role you will spearhead and implement new methods of working, plan resource and capacity requirements based on production requirements and manage the warehouse team provide training, coaching and development opportunities.

This role would suit a person who can work under pressure, solve problems and draw conclusions not to the detriment of accuracy.

Experience Requirements

Previous experience and knowledge of warehousing and inventory control methods

Use of common tools such as Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint

Hold a valid FLT license

Previous experience of guiding a team

Will have strong communication skills

Can build excellent relationships

Can demonstrate strong management and motivational skills

Has the experience of warehouse management systems
