Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to manage a busy Cafe in Bradford.

A permanent contract will be offered to the individual after 12 successful weeks through our agency.

Hours:

- You will be required to work every other weekend
- Ideally has worked in a similar position
- Ideally has achieved Level 2 Hygiene
- Able to work weekends
- Confident and able to manage difficult situations

The Role:

- Be confident in leading a team through service.
- Train and develop front of house team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Be responsible for regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure the smooth running of day to day operations and events.
- Be responsible for stock control and cleanliness routines.
- Take accurate orders and work closely with the kitchen team.
- Ensure payments and receipts are correct.
- Confidently recommend dishes and drinks.
- Being a supportive and proactive leader.
- Maintain service standards and report any serious incidents or issues.
- Open and close the premises unsupervised, cashing up when required.
- Be responsible for the business and premises.
- Complete weekly paperwork: sales tracker, timesheets and purchase orders.
- Work with management to develop the drink offering and create promotional ideas to increase sales.
- Maintain checks and records to ensure our compliance with Health and Safety, Fire, Environmental Health and Licensing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
