Landscaping Groundworker

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a Landscape Gardening Services company who would like to start cooperating with a self-employed Groundworker to join their team.

Position: Landscaping Groundworker

Location: Mainly in East Belfast, Bangor, Holywood, Newtownards, Cultra, and Donaghadee

Agreement: Full or part-time B2B cooperation for a self-employed worker

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform skilled labor tasks in landscaping, including fencing, decking, paving, turfing, drainage, brickwork, gardening, and landscaping maintenance
- Work efficiently and effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues encountered
- Adapt to varying job requirements and environments as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in fencing, decking, paving, turfing, drainage, brickwork, gardening, and landscaping maintenance is essential
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own transport and UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
