Community Associate is the primary point of contact for the community acting as the “face” of the company, leading on ensuring a positive members experience is maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**_
- Support the Management team to achieve the following:

- Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
- Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
- Drive growth and promotion of Rise-provided service offerings
- Take direction from the Head of Operations to support the Community Team as necessary

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_
- A social butterfly and a self-starter who can motivate themselves
- Have previous experience in a similar role/co-working environment
- Highly independent and can manage projects for timely delivery
- Have exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
- Have demonstrated professionalism, accountability, self-awareness, and high social intelligence in previous roles
- Are passionate about entrepreneurship and community building
- Possess basic computer skills: Microsoft Office
