We are currently recruiting for an Underwriting Team Leader to join our established and experienced Commercial Lines Operations & Trading team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
**Your role**

You will be responsible for delivery and the measure of service through effective workflow management, working closely with other team leaders to drive and implement continuous improvement strategies. You will spend your time coaching your team, resolving queries and problems, providing clear goals, and developing your team's professional capabilities.
**About you**
You will have experience of working directly with customers and excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have experience in a leadership role or the development of a team.

You will have experience of workflow management and understand data analytics and how it shapes and informs business efficiency and improvements.
