Protea Recruitment is working with a well-established food manufacturer based in Fife, Scotland. Our client is looking for an assistant buyer with excellent Excel knowledge, with an understanding of Raw Material buying, raising purchase orders and purchase ledgers.

This is a 6 month FTC with the potential of going permanent.
