The Nasio Trust is seeking a motivated and compassionate Child Sponsorship Administrator to join our dedicated team in the UK. In this role, you will be pivotal in connecting our supporters with the children we support in Kenya.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of our child sponsorship program, from initial child information gathering through to ongoing communication with sponsors.
- Liaise with our team in Kenya to ensure the well-being of sponsored children.
- Maintain and update our CRM system and website, ensuring accurate sponsor and child records.
- Promote our sponsorship program through social media, outreach, and events.
- Provide information to management, trustees and funders
- Provide efficient administrative support to the UK team.

**Requirement for the Job**
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, ideally within a non-profit.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and experience of CRM and databases.
- A passion for helping children and a commitment to our mission.
