**Hybrid - 3 days in the office **(the initial training period - 4 days in the office)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Services team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in payroll. We are looking someone that is seeking a varied role, is keen to learn, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

**Main Duties**
- Processing a portfolio of approximately 30 monthly payroll clients.
- Working with allocated clients to ensure monthly payroll deadlines are met.
- Performing pension auto-enrolment duties to include enrolling new joiners, processing opt ins/opts outs, issuing pension communications to employees & uploading pension contributions to relevant pension providers on a monthly basis.
- Preparing & Delivering Payroll Reports to Clients
- Submitting monthly RTI filings to HMRC
- Issuing payslips/P45’s/P60’s to employees
- Performing tax year end routines
