**Job Description**:
Due to continued growth we have a new opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join a well established construction company in Redditch. You will be supporting the Operations Manager and Procurement teams in the management of order processing, hire equipment, vehicles, servicing etc.
Procurement Administrator responsibilities are:
- Keeping record of all plant hire using Excel and RedSky procurement system.- Work efficiently and professionally during periods of pressure- Maintaining positive relationships with all suppliers involved- Collating Live Hire reports from Supply Chain and carrying out reconciliations against the Excel Plant Book- Supporting the Plant and procurement teams in issuing detailed enquiries to suppliers providing clarity of hires, calibrations and live pricing on RedSky- Supporting the Plant department in completion of all on/off hires on the project’s Excel and RedSky system including issuing of hire orders following the requisition process.- Supporting the Plant and Procurement teams in working with internal and external staff to resolve order/invoice queriesThe hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am -5pm and the salary on offer is £25,000.
