Overview:
We are looking for a kind and caring person, to join a team of carers who together want to make a difference to the lives of our elderly residents.

Frampton House Residential Care Home is registered to accommodate a total of thirty Residents, combined of twenty two single rooms and four double rooms. We are situated in Frampton, 3 miles outside of Boston, Lincolnshire.

We provide specialist, twenty-four-hour care, for individuals and couples within safe, comfortable and homely surroundings. We also cater for anyone who requires Respite Care.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, have a caring attitude and willingness to make a difference, come and join our team.
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Care experience of working with residents with Dementia is desirable
- A desire to see elderly and vulnerable people treated with care and respect
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty
- Enjoy a challenging role that would be rewarding and satisfying
- Knowledge in CareDocs software preferable

As part of our team you will be offered the following:

- Hours to be every other weekend, 7 hours Saturday & 7 hours Sunday
- Fixed shifts of either 7am - 2pm/ 2pm - 9pm
- National minimum wage rate of pay
