Security Team Leader

**Salary £30,000**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service professional for the position of **Security Team Leader** at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

We are looking for a visible and talented leader, focused on risk mitigation and safety resolving safety issues whilst maintaining efficiencies, standards, compliance within the oraganisation as well as ensuring that incidents are properly handled in accordance with SIA legislative requirements and the ability to coach and mentor door supervisors.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- In depth understanding of operating license conditions; Gaming license, admissions policy; liquor license conditions; SIA licensing regulations
- Excellent understanding of Aspers SOPs and Assignment Instructions
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to prevent and detect crime and monitor and respond to safety risks
- Consistently report Health and Safety hazards and risks efficiently
- Ability to mentor and coach door supervisors/security officers
- Lead on first aid in the workplace when injuries arise and reporting of incidents

**Selection Criteria (Essential)**
- Exceptional knowledge of the Licensing Act 2003
- Exceptional knowledge of SIA legislative requirements
- Understanding of Criminal Law
- Ability to lead in crisis situations
