**IT Support Analyst | Flintshire | To £33,150 + Extensive Benefits**

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this operator of exciting holiday resorts throughout the UK in the appointment of an IT Support Analyst.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident individual to become part of an experienced team and progress yoru skills with a range of modern IT technologies.

The role will be based at their head office in Flintshire but there will be an occasional requirement to visit other sites around the UK (driving license required, pool vehicle available).

**IT Systems Analyst key accountabilities**:

- Assist with the migration of on-prem services to the cloud
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand issues or requirements, and identify solutions
- Be comfortable working with sets of data and producing reports
- Produce supporting documentation
- Provide expertise to other IT projects and functions as required

**IT Systems analyst skill set requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience of working with relational databases
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Windows Server products
- A sound understanding of IT security
- Ability to overcome technical problems and barriers encountered
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and prioritise
- Any experience with ERP, CRM or PMS systems would be an advantage, but isn't essential
