**Team Lead Quality, Process & Policy**

**Location: Prestatyn**

**Contract - 12 months FTC**

**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead Quality, Process & Policy to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) for a fixed term contract (12 months). In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that HCA UK Group functions in Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Shared Services are guided by current, relevant, practical policies and associated processes, and quality feedback and reporting. You will work with Heads of Departments to co-author policies supported by process flows and establish quality measurements that will be used to set operational standards for their teams. You will work closely with the technical trainers to assist in the development of training programs and business analysts to establish quality KPI reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify and meet with SMEs to draft current process and flow diagrams and quality measurements and identify way to refine these aspects.
- Collaborates with Heads of Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Support Services and designated SMEs to co-author policies and quality assurance measures that provide guidelines and uniformity to business functions.
- With guidance and support from the Quality, Process and Policy Manager, recommends and implements corrective and preventive measures to improve Patient/Payer experience and meet quality KPI’s.
- Recommends and implements corrective and preventive measures to improve customer experience and meet quality key performance indicators.
- Works with management to drive new procedures and systems.
- Employ business analytics to drive informed, decisions and prioritise accordingly.
- In collaboration with the Quality, Process and Policy Manager, develop policies and quality assurance standards that reflect a trusted, reliable, and premium quality assurance, process, and policy brand.
- Develop procedures that deliver policy objectives ensuring operational standards and objectives are following policy.
- Stay informed of KPIs for quality assurance, process, and policy.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in quality assurance, policy and procedure development and process improvement.
- Expert at mapping and streamlining processes creating visual tools.
- Expert using Microsoft Office tools with emphasis on Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Training in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement and/or Process Transformation.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Deadline and goal oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong collaborator with a sense of ownership & accountability.
- Highly organised and responsive with a strong work ethic.
- Good understanding of healthcare operations.
- High confidence and ability to influence stakeholders
