As the first Lead Developer, you will have autonomy to build a revolutionising consumer app using React Native. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an early-stage well-funded start-up where you will ultimately propel your career to new limits - youcan continue to be a Lead hands-on Developer, or you might want to grow your own team

**Key Responsibilities: Lead React Native Developer**
- Design and develop features on the core product - current account and credit card app
- Build app and UI components from prototypes and wireframes
- Work with internal stakeholders and external resource to develop the core product

**Experience Required: Lead React Native Developer**
- Highly skilled Software Engineer with strong commercial React Native development skills
- Experience with AWS (Lambda serverless technologies), Restful APIs, and security encryption
- Experience building greenfield consumer apps with evidence of user-friendly design
- Strong experience of implemending design systems and ability to articulate challenges and successes
- You're excited to work for a start-up where you can make a real difference on a worthwhile product
- You're collaborative and have a genuine enthusiasm for technology
