**Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)**

This is a very exciting year for Mozzo with the launch of two new brand-led commerce websites and a huge year-long campaign to raise $60k for the Hospital of Hope - building an intensive care unit and operating theatre for the community of our coffee producer partner, Rebuild Women’s Hope, in the DRC.

**Main duties**:
**Website** - management, maintenance, progression

**Social media** - implementation of paid and organic, engagement, management

Content generation, evaluation and reporting for all above

**Duty detail**:

- Effective website management and maintenance for UK and USA websites as well as working with SEO manager to improve and optimise both UK and USA websites. We have a new website launching in the UK in May and USA in July.
- Paid and organic social media management across UK, USA and joint-venture coffee bar, Buzzed - content generation in line with strategy, posting, scheduling and community management
- Regularly evaluating all online communication and promotions activity. Maintaining consistent brand visuals, messaging and tone of voice in all communications
- Collaborating on online communications and promotions planning, strategy and goal setting and putting these into consistent daily implementation and management across all digital platforms
- Working closely with internal SEO manager to produce and write optimised web and digital comms copy. Also to uncover opportunities for new content to drive traffic.
- Helping drive online customer loyalty building through engagement, tailored communication and customer service
- Keeping up to date with latest digital trends and advancements as well as coffee industry knowledge
- Working with the Director of Brand to create active digital relationships with existing b2b partners (customers and suppliers), to strengthen and deepen trade customer relationships within UK and US.
- Specific offline marketing activity, elevating and integrating digital efforts, such as collaborating with events planning and support
- Influencer outreach and management (specifically for Hospital of Hope campaign)
- Digital execution of new Run For Hope campaign to drive participation and ultimately raise funds for the Hospital of Hope project.

**Position**:Full time

**Other requirements**:fluent English - spoken and written, full driving license, willingness to travel UK and abroad

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-12 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
