Senior Customer Service Advisor

Clarkson Owens are excited to be working alongside a leading financial organisation who are looking to employ a number of customer service advisors. In this role you would be interacting with the customers over video chat, helping them with product based queries, mainly account openings.
The calls would be pre scheduled and you would only be carrying a maximum of 6 per shift. After comfortable in the role and trained, you would be able to move onto money mentoring calls. This role has brilliant opportunities for quick progression.
This role would not deal with any complaints or unknown calls, as you would have notes prior to the call,
In return you will recieve a salary of £24,700, plus £3542 in benefits (£2,820 pension, £159 life assurance, £563 private healthcare). You will also recieve a yearly bonus.
This role offers full time and part time opportunities between 21-35 hours per week. This role is hybrid based with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office. Shifts are flexible and are cna be discussed with the hiring manager at the interview.
