Come and be part of a progressive and dedicated team; Information Management are looking to recruit a Senior Disclosure Assistant on a part time (15 hours Thursday and Friday), fixed term (12 months) basis.
Within the Information Management Department there are a number of business units that take responsibility for the delivery of key services to the force and external parties. Working as part of a team, you will provide administrative support to the section, primarily in respect of services for the disclosure of information to external parties.
As Senior Disclosure Assistant, you will use your experience of examining and interpreting detailed information to analyse evidence in order to make recommendations for disclosure. It will also be your responsibility to prepare documents to a high standard, and using your excellent communication skills, you will then use this information to provide relevant advice on disclosure.
Organisational skills are key in this role as it will be your responsibility to ensure that enquiries are actioned within the relevant service level agreements and that disclosure information is documented together with rationale for the decision making.
The Information Management department operates a flexible working regime to meet the changing demands of the business and therefore, for the purposes of personal development, as a member of the team, you should expect to gain experience in a variety of roles within the team.
