Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Frasers Group Finance Team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the Group's financial management, working closely with the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a focus on IFRS and acquisition accounting. You will be responsible for owning the accounting of the Group's acquisitions, including the preparation of financial statements and the presentation of results to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the accounting of the Group's many acquisitions under IFRS 3 Business Combinations and necessary disclosure in the Group and subsidiary financial statements
  • Liaising with Administrators and external advisors to ensure transactions are fully understood and documented
  • Owning and presenting the potential impact of acquisitions on the Frasers Group PLC financial statements to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance to support the budgeting & forecasting process
  • Owning the audit process of acquisitions, ensuring all appropriate documentation is provided to the auditors & queries answered in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, over 3 years post qualified
  • Good knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS
  • Highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
  • Show resilience in the face of change, able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment where priorities are constantly changing
