**THIS ROLE IS 75% HOUSEKEEPING, and 25% NANNY WORK.**

We have a really interesting role for someone that likes kids and likes cleaning, and has very good work ethic and high attention to detail. We can be flexible on hours, so if you have a course or something you want to do a couple mornings a week (for example), that would be ok.

**About the nannying**: We have two boys, ages 5 and 7, with only 18 months between them so they play together brilliantly. They have local friends that you can arrange playdates with if you so wish, and there are a variety of activities nearby. They are really fun and will fall in love with you

You will be picking up the boys from school each day (in our car) and then taking them to do activities or home to do homework. Homework takes 20-30 minutes after school each day. It is mainly reading.

**About the housekeeping**:The house should be kept to an incredibly high standard, properly cleaned once a week, laundry done and put away each day, ironing done, sheets changed weekly, plants watered, dinner made, rubbish taken out, porch swept, etc. Luckily, you have plenty of time to get everything done so it should not be stressful. You can also listen to music/podcasts, etc

The house is 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath with a large garden, outdoor climbing frame and play house for the kids... and dedicated indoor playroom.

Please be aware that the **house is NOT near public transport,** so you must be able to drive yourself to work each day.

Note that there is the opportunity to **babysit for additional income 2-3 x month**.
- **During term time**: Three days a week you will work 7:30am-6:30pm with a 2 hour break. You can go to the gym, do a class/course, sleep, do whatever you want in your break time. :) The other two days a week you can come in later... for example 9am on a Tuesday and noon on a Friday. We are happy to discuss what works best for you.
- **During school holidays**: 7:45am - 6:15pm (Monday - Thursday). Friday hours are flexible and to be worked out with you. The kids are in camp 2 x week during school holidays, so you are able to do the housekeeping stuff.

**Compensation**:
£27,000 per year paid PAYE

5 weeks paid holiday + bank holidays

Pension
- Naturally clean, tidy and detail-oriented

- Driver with own car (there are no public transport options to get to the house)
- Live within 20 min drive of Woking
