The Client Service Executive acts as the first point of contact for client life cycle enquiries and leads all administrative processes to contribute to an excellent client experience. You will support the Investment Management team in managing clients andqueries, while processing any administration necessary.

Our client is a UK leading Wealth and Investment management firm, with this team's values based around ethical and sustainable investment. They are now looking for a Client Service Executive to join their growing team in Bristol.

**Description**

The duties and responsibilities of this Client Service Executive role include
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and their intermediaries, assuming the role of the "go to" person for client life cycle queries. This includes attending client meetings and leading discussions regarding client administration matters, whilstdelivering a consistent professional tone of voice and client experience.
- End to end management of the client life cycle process to ensure an efficient client experience. Tasks include processes: onboarding; transfers; payments; account amendments and data maintenance; reporting; closures and estate distribution; and preparingthe relevant literature and presentations for client review meetings.
- Own accountability for all client administration tasks undertaken.
- Main liaison between the Investment Management team and the Operations team, ensuring all parties are kept up to date with progress.
- Understand client suitability requirements and support the Investment Management team in gathering relevant information to support client suitability and producing suitability reviews for prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with the Investment Management team and wider functions, taking responsibility for sharing knowledge and business updates with the immediate team and department as appropriate in order to find opportunities for operationalefficiency and improvement in execution.
- Contribute to relevant company development by actively participating in projects and committees where required.

**Profile**
- Previous experience in a Client Service role (essential)
- Experience in end to end administration processes
- Knowledge of the fast paced and regulatory environment that they work in
- Ability and proven experience communicating with clients in a professional manner
- Willingness to undertake further professional qualifications
