Job Title: Administrator
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into computerised systems
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Assist in organisation and scheduling appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Work with current admin systems in place
- Monthly invoicing and chasing Nursery debts
- support with Local Authority funding tasks
- Manage Nursery bookings
- Ensure all administrative activities run smoothly
**Experience**:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of online Nursery software (currently connect/iconnect)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
