The Role

Coleman Estates is a leading independent estate and letting agency based in Wellington, Shropshire.

We are looking for someone who is well presented, with a consistently professional demeanour to join us as a Tenancy Coordinator.

The Responsibilities
- Arranging Tenancy Agreements for signing and obtain move-in monies
- Diary organisation for check-in and check-out inventories
- Register and maintain deposits with protection schemes
- End of tenancy administration for key handover
- Organise post-tenancy works to ensure property is ready for new tenancy
- Negotiate deposit disputes and arrange deposit disbursement

**Skills**:

- A confident, courteous and professional manner
- A high level of customer service
- Experience within the property industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standard of organisation and ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Able to act with discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Exceptional attention to detail with good level of written English (grammar/spelling)
- Naturally positive and pragmatic approach
- A great team player
- Good computer literacy skills (Word/Excel etc)
- Industry qualification would be advantageous

Remuneration

£21,000 - £22,000pa

Working hours

9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A minimum of one Saturday per month will be required from 9.30am - 1.30pm, organised by way of monthly rota.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
