**What we need in a nutshell**:
We are excited to bring the role Holiday Home Sales Administrator to Central Support, you will be overseeing and assisting across a variety of our 27 locations, this role will sit alongside Finance and Holiday Home Sales Team.
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Holiday Home Sales team to deliver against targets across all locations by ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

**What you’ll be doing**
As a key member of the Holiday Home Sales (HHS) Finance Team, your role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Collaborate closely with park and sales teams to ensure meticulous sales accounting, adhere to our company's revenue recognition policy, and handle the precise processing of payments. Your commitment to compliance and effective communication will contribute to the overall financial stability of HHS. Join us in upholding the highest standards of financial excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the charge in gathering and organizing sales paperwork, taking full ownership of the process. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Holiday Home Sales reporting at every period end and consistently throughout.
- Provide crucial assistance to park teams in navigating the intricacies of cancelled sales, buy-ins, and repossessions. Guarantee precise accounting and timely payments for seamless financial operations.
- Collaborate with park sales teams, offering support in verifying sales and addressing finance inquiries whenever necessary.
- Be a key pillar of support for the wider finance team by contributing to HHS sales reporting versus budget analysis.
- Foster a robust culture of balance sheet discipline within the team. Regularly conduct sales reconciliations, ensuring that all action points are diligently addressed.
- Tackle ad hoc queries related to HHS components in the monthly management accounts, showcasing your agility and expertise.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, positioning yourself as a results-oriented and highly cooperative team player.
- Support the business in its HHS journey and provide the necessary support to meet its objectives.
- Maximise efficiency with the aim of building a right first time, every time culture with processes streamlined to underpin this approach.
**Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need**:
We are looking for a well organised Administrator who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience within a finance team, with a proven track record in a high growth environment.
- Experience in administration.
- Any accounting or bookkeeping qualifications.
- Ability to organise your own time and workload.
- Knowledge or previous experience using Access Dimensions, ParcVu - desirable.
- Comfortable using IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a friendly and helpful attitude
