The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover
Experience, (JLRE), centres.

**Department**

JLRE is part of the Global JLRE Venues program, incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool, Fen End and
Castle Bromwich. JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting customer experiences in the Jaguar and
Land Rover brand.

The position is primarily working within the JLRE Venue delivery team, providing the delivery of thoroughly professional, enjoyable, compelling, entertaining and educational Experiences to the Centre's guests.

**The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate**
**Conduct.**
- **Key Responsibilities **_

“To create an environment where guests are converted into advocates through an unforgettable experience in the enjoyment of our products”
- Zero-hour role with the requirement for weekend and unsociable hours working as and when required.
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour, dress, instruction and product knowledge.
- Ensure instructional standards are continually improved, complying at all times with JLRE Global standards both in the classroom and in the field.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times when delivering the LR experience and demonstration activities.
- Ensure your instructor training and re-assessment records are maintained.
- Ensure you are familiar with all LR and Jaguar vehicle features and benefits and are able to correctly explain the benefits of relevant vehicle features to customers.
- Support the JLRE Delivery team in all activities.
- Ensure you comply with on-going risk-assessment and risk-management processes covering all the

Venues activities (e.g. driving, demonstrations, experience, events, training etc).
- Ensure the smooth delivery of activities, under the provision of trained Event and Team Leaders.
- Assisting the JLRE Delivery team to sustain standards of vehicle presentation and maintenance.
- Ensuring that all driving experiences should be thoroughly entertaining while ensuring that there is little risk of Experience vehicles incurring damage.
- Environmental responsibility. Ensuring that you are aware of your responsibilities, and that this is cascaded to customers. Also ensuring that environmental issues are considered when driving the tracks.
- Hosting customers during morning, lunchtime and end of day incorporating providing hospitality, refreshments and engaging with your guests.
- Ensuring the Resource Tool is updated with unavailable days, any holidays or sickness to allow JLRE to manage existing and up and coming course and event requirements.

- Professional / Fleet customers leave feeling better able to do their jobs, and convinced that a Land Rover is the correct vehicle for their various tasks.
- Delivering entertainment and learning Experiences rather than training.
- NSC and local dealer satisfaction with the Centre's dynamic activities.
- Appearance and demeanour should always be beyond any criticism or reproach.

- **Skills, experience and qualifications required**_
- Good working knowledge of a small business.
- Awareness of LR and Jaguar Brand and Products.
- Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others as a local fact holder.
- Enthusiasm, drive, commitment, and the confidence to achieve goals with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisation and planning skills

This role requires the employee(s) to drive Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicles. Therefore, the following insurance rule applies:

- Must be 25 years & over, hold a full driving licence and have done so for the last twelve months, have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving, know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving, nor suffering from any physical and, or, mental condition which would restrict or impair ones alertness or driving ability_

**Additional Notes**

The incumbent will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited and will be managed by the management infrastructure, with direct reporting to the JLRE Venue Manager.
- Zero-hour staff are employed on an “as required” contract which means that work is not guaranteed and days of the week may not be fixed.
