Events Executive

We are looking to recruit an experienced Events Executive into our fantastic and growing Events Team. This is a very busy role as we have well over 200 events per year with a large number of guests from our customers to our colleagues. To thrive in this role you will need to be incredibly organised, enjoy keeping multiple plates spinning and thrive in exciting, ever changing environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Events team to create invites, send out to attendees and manage responses
- Liaise with venues to ensure all equipment needed for events is available
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure that all merchandise needed for events is ready
- Support at event days across the country
- Generate post event feedback surveys and collate responses
- Always have excellent customer service
**Skills and Experience needed**:
- Previous experience in an events related position
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have a creative mindset and bring new ideas to the table
