Due to the continued success of our digital learning division and growing demand for our services internationally, IKM Testing in Aberdeen is looking for a creative and motivated junior eLearning designer to join our highly innovative and dynamic design team. As a junior eLearning designer, you will play a key role in developing modern and engaging digital learning content for our global organisation and external clients. This role will involve closely collaborating with our in-house digital learning and 3D visualisation experts to produce industry-leading online training solutions. If you enjoy exploring new technologies and thinking outside the box, this position is for you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Content Development
- Support with the design and development of instructional material, presentations, eLearning modules, courses, and multimedia content using authoring tools and graphic design software.
- Assist in the creation of interactive and engaging learning activities that enhance the overall learning experience.

Multimedia Production
- Develop multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of eLearning content.
- Edit and enhance existing multimedia materials to align with instructional goals.

Quality Assurance
- Review and test learning materials for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of eLearning materials.

Collaboration

Professional Development
- Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills in eLearning design.

General Responsibilities
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.

**Qualifications Required (Technical, Professional, Academic)**

Preferred
- HNC/HND in instructional design, eLearning development, graphic design, or a related field or 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

**Experience Required**

Essential
- Keen interest in digital learning and multimedia design.
- Experience using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Preferred
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Basic knowledge of coding languages or web design.

**Personal Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: £10.00-£100.00 per year
