Community Continence Specialist Team Lead

Swindon Community Health Service is looking to appoint a clinically experienced, enthusiastic and motivated registered practitioner to lead the continence service.
You will be required to work collaboratively across the community multidisciplinary team including the Community Nursing Service, Tissue Viability Service, Same Day Response Team, IV Specialist Team, Podiatry, Therapy Services and Phlebotomy.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Knowledge, skills and experience in continence management are also essential given the speciality of this team.
In the role of the Continence Team Lead you will be expected to undertake clinical care as well aslead and develop a team of health care professionals to ensure that, with you, they have the right skills and competencies to support the patients on your caseload.
We are looking for someone who is the ability to support, coach and develop individuals to deliver consistently high quality services. Excellent communication and time management skills, and sound clinical knowledge, is essential.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, bank holidays excluded.
