Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

David and John live together in a purpose-built bungalow. They enjoy going to clubs in the evenings and going to many activities during the day including Bowling, Cinema and swimming.

They are both wheelchair users and have all equipment needed to support them to live their life to the full.

Both men need support to manage their personal care needs and to manage their household tasks.

Both men enjoy a good laugh and enjoy good fun activities with their team. They are seeking a new staff member to join an established team that will help and support you to work with both men.
