Enable is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to support individuals with mental health needs in Helensburgh. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference in the lives of our service users.

About the Service User

Our service user, David, requires support with daily activities, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and socializing. He enjoys being outdoors, going for walks, and engaging in activities that promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Your Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of our service users are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with mental health needs with daily activities, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, and socializing
  • Assisting with monitoring mental health, accessing the local community, attending appointments, and engaging in social activities
  • Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement person-centered plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to service users
