**The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Vehicle Loaders and Unloaders Supervisor to be a part of our great team and help our Warehouse and Installations staff keep projects moving and meet our clients deadlines.

You will need to be methodical with a high attention to detail, and have an organised approach to your work. As the supervisor you will be directing and supporting members of the loading team, and work closely with other members of the wider production team to provide an excellent service.

As a Loader/Unloader Supervisor you will be part of our busy Warehouse & Production Team, working closely with both the Production and Installations Teams. Your primary responsibility will be for unloading the Installs Team vans, and then reloading them with everything required for the next working day. Additional tasks can include setting up production areas for the next days work, helping with warehouse housekeeping and maintenance, and assisting with returns and other stock control activities.

There is lifting required along with an ability to use basic IT systems. Ideally you’ll have a FLT license, but if not this will be provided so it's not a deal breaker.

**Salary**: Full-time, Permanent role with pay of £25,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience) plus a Company bonus scheme

**About You**

Self-motivated, methodical, with an organised and tidy mindset and ideally with experience of driving vans, you’ll enjoy working as part of a larger team. Able to manage your time and workload, you will also have excellent people skills.

The role is hands on and includes lifting/moving heavy items, and you will need to have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them, along with strong organisational skills and a desire to learn. A willingness to act on initiative and able to work to deadlines are a must and an ability to deliver to tight deadlines
