Safety First Aid is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of First Aid, Medical and Health & Safety supplies with distribution throughout the UK and Ireland.
Safety First Aid Training provides First Aid Training courses to businesses and individuals.
Occupational Health Recruitment was the UK’s first specialist occupational health recruiters and have been a market leader for more the 25 years
**Overview**
**Main duties**
- Booking clinics and updating booking spreadsheets
- Working supporting the recruitment team with administration
- Managing bookings - sending booking confirmation and confirming with
clients/nurses
- Ensure all paperwork is offered to clients as requested
- Answering the telephones
- Looking at salary surveys for both perms and temps
- Maintain payroll processes as well as develop systems to process payroll account
transactions.
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each week/ weekly using payroll
software
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers

- Currently in a similar position within a recruitment environment
