Working in partnership with part qualified assistant accountants to successfully aid the management accounts team and the wider finance functions, including but not limited to, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies such as HMRC. The primary responsibilities will involve becoming an integral member of the team in the assistance with the preparation of month end profit & loss accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for all areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and production of various Profit and Loss accounts along with variance analysis against budget.
- Preparation of subsidiary accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Production and review of the maintenance provision including detail vehicle by vehicle analysis.
- Producing weekly flash reports.
- Produce monthly balance sheet and reconciliations.
- Assist with weekly sale ledger invoicing for RTR.
- Assist with the annual audit process and liaising with external auditors to resolve queries.
- Assist with the reforecasts and budgets.
- Ensuring fleet records are kept up to date.
- Assist with Bank Reconciliations.
- Assist with yearend preparations.
- Assist with daily cashflow management.
- Assist with the preparation of VAT returns.
- Assist intercompany reconciliations and write downs.
- Other company secretarial duties.
- Any other tasks the company require.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong Excel Skills.
- Analytical with a robust eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- No qualification required as full training will be provided.
