We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Mortgage Collections team in Bristol. This is a hybrid working opportunity where you will be undertaking a variety of administrative duties from both our Bristol Head Office and home.
Our Mortgage Collection Team act for mortgage lenders in taking steps to enforce their security by way of possession of the mortgaged property, at all times having regard to the commercial interests of the client.

You will receive a bespoke, on-going training programme to ensure you develop your commercial and technical skills to allow you to deliver the varied workload to a high standard. As a member of our Support team you will be a vital part of our continued success. There isn't an "us and them" mentality and you will be recognised for your hard work and support.
**Role Responsibility**:
As an Office Assistant you will undertake the following tasks;
- Filing at Regular intervals
- Provide telephone support and deal with client enquiries in the case handlers absence
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, input data and prepare initial letters and documents
- Telephoning courts, Solicitors and Clients making accurate and detailed attendance notes.
- General Photocopying
- File Closing

**Package Description**:
