Working autonomously, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will manage and oversee all aspects of lead generation across this Global business.

You will establish what metrics to track, and then monitor sales and marketing performance against these lead generation metrics.

Work with sales and marketing teams to increase lead conversion and make recommendations for improvement and growth

You will build and manage the lead scoring programme across the business, making recommendations, optimisations and improvements

Manage the lead capture process, including optimising and owning form and landing page strategies ensuring maximum conversion rate from visit to lead.

Develop and manage a feedback cycle to ensure constant communication between sales and marketing on lead quality to ensure campaigns are adjusted and modified to reflect the feedback from sales teams on lead quality
