**The role**

As a lender, UK Credit generates business through direct advertising and through customer enquiries generated by third party ‘brokers’. A broker is an individual or organisation, which has generate its own loan enquiries and passed on to lenders in return for (typically) commission.

The role of the Broker Relationship Executive is to maintain and develop broker relationships, acting as the first port of call for brokers, operating on a service provider - client basis.

Your principal objective is to support both new and existing brokers, helping to ensure the business maximises all opportunities.

You will be responsible for completing all administration tasks for on-boarding new partners to UKCL’s broker panel. As well as supporting existing brokers through providing regular MI, conducting compliance reviews, answering day to day enquiries and acting as a conduit between the business, the Head of Lending and the broker.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Be the first point of contact for UK Credit’s existing partners,

Develop new and existing third party broker relationships,

Build relationships with incumbent brokers,

Maintain (where relevant) broker log in credentials to company systems,

Conduct annual compliance reviews against the broker,

Design, agree and maintain a contact strategy for existing brokers,

Design, agree and maintain a reward strategy (i.e. monthly incentive scheme) for existing brokers,

Deliver appropriate bespoke training/coaching to brokers where applicable,

Deliver month end reports to brokers and request invoices from brokers,

Effectively resolve broker queries and questions in line with company procedures,

Monitor competitor changes within the wider market conducting regular environmental audits,

Deliver a world class broker support service,

Be a great communicator able to communicate at all levels,

Ensure your performance meets and exceeds targets set by your line manager,

Contribute towards the monthly new lending volume targets,

Adhere fully to all regulatory requirements,

Be champion of the requirements and spirit of TCF,

Act according to the group’s core values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
