Our recent major refurbishment has created a paradise with 93 stunning bedrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, and a complete makeover of our conference rooms, meeting spaces, ballroom, bar, and reception. But that's not all We're about to embark on an extraordinary next phase, where we'll unveil an incredible large event space that can accommodate 400-500 people. **Primary Responsibilities**
- Set up our fabulous Bar areas in accordance with venue function requirements, ensuring our brand standards shine through. You will be heavily involved in creating those new brand standards to ensure the team are all working together and supporting each other.
- Keep our bar fully stocked with all the essential ingredients for our signature drinks, wines and standard orders.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, creating a safe and inviting environment for our customers.
- Keep an eye on equipment stock levels, ensuring we're always ready to meet the demands of our business.
- Show off your mixology mastery by creating a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Continuously strive to improve customer feedback, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
- Utilize your upselling skills to enhance our guests' experience.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
